Brian, both my parents were born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. After my parents separated my mom moved to Texas to be with her sister and my roots are now deep here. But my Yankee mama had a big influence on me, particularly the foods I enjoy.

I still hunt for who makes the best Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich wherever I have lived, which has included South Carolina, Florida, and Ireland!

İ was born in Fort Worth, Texas. From there I lived in Louisiana, Utah, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Alabama. After college I moved back to Texas. In 2014 my family and I were able to move to istanbul, turkey. We have been here for ten months now. I have made many relationships and it has been a roller coaster ride of a journey.

My mother gave birth to me in Houston.
